Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
• Item is unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging.
• Item is in the same condition as received — no signs of damage caused by the customer.
• Original packaging and all included materials are present.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

• Opened, used, or swatched products.
• Products where the seal has been broken.
• Sale or heavily discounted items marked as final sale.
• Gift sets once any component has been opened.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, this policy does not apply — contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

• Email admin@beauvia.net with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
• Ship the item back at your own expense. We recommend a tracked method.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refund method:

• Online payments (Paymob): Refunded to your original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer (you will need to provide your bank account details).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
