We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay in cash when your order arrives. We also accept online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) and mobile wallets via Paymob, a secure Egyptian payment gateway.

Yes! Cash on delivery is our default payment option and is available to all governorates. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives.

Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and the phone number you placed the order with. You'll see your order status in real time.

Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or email admin@beauvia.net. We can change or cancel orders that haven't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Cairo and Giza typically takes 1–2 additional days. Other governorates take 2–5 business days. See our Shipping page for full details.

Shipping is 50 EGP to Cairo and Giza, and 75 EGP to all other governorates. Orders over 1,500 EGP qualify for free shipping nationwide. The shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate.

Yes — we deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates, including remote areas like New Valley, South Sinai, and Matrouh.
