We do not collect payment card details directly. Card payments are handled entirely by Paymob, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

Who We Share Data With

• Paymob — your billing name, email, phone, and address are shared with Paymob to process online payments.
• Delivery couriers — your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our courier partners to deliver your order.

No other third parties receive your personal information.

Your data is stored on a secure server. We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your order data for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Contact us if you wish to request deletion of your personal data.

Cookies

We use browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to remember your shopping bag and wishlist on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you place an order.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
